I am a new patient. Just some constructive feedback. My first impression was the young ladies at the front desk. They lacked professionalism in the way they speak to patients. I was hesitant to see the doctor because I thought if this is how the front office is how will the doctor be. But I am grateful dr. Heckt was knowledgeable and had great bedside manners. The gentle man was speaking to them about not getting bad reviews in front of patients. Those type if conversations need to be had away from ear shot of patients. Office was nice needs some organization and tidiness. Over all I was happy and would recommend this office. But if my first impression was not good imagine what other patients are thinking.

Love love Dr Hecht but not loving his new office. Office staff is not very competen and just did not have good experience with office. But Hecht is amazing and if you can deal with the office then you’re good to go.

Dr. Hecht is now on my short list of favorite doctors. He immediately identified my problem and created a treatment plan along with an explanation for each instruction on the list. He is highly professional, certainly knows what he's doing; personable, and engaging. I wish we could have more doctors like Dr. Hecht; I am fortunate to be his patient.

Dr. Hecht was able to identify the problem immediately and was able to supply the treatment. He also explained the situation clearly. And gave us instructions on how to treat the problem at home.
